I have the 2050 Xycom industrial monitor connected to a A-B 5/02. I want to scale it from 5/02 to 5/03 or /04 and use a Allen Bradley's Panel View 1000, the problem is that I need the data bases of the Xycom monitor to develop the new screens in the new PV 1000. The Xycom apears to have a primary, that uses to comunicate with the PLC's DH485 port, and a secondary serial port that is free... is there any way I can get this databases through the serial port?... do i need some special software?
