Butterfly valve

Hello, wondering if anyone can help.

I am looking for a 2 way 10-inch butterfly valve with 24VAC or 120VAC actuator, 2-position, fail-safe, 50 PSI close-off. Molded-in resilient seat.

Valve to be used as an isolation valve for a rain cistern collection system.
