The problem we encounter is once in a while a customer's machine will go berserk with no explanation. As soon as the program is re-loaded into the controller it functions normally. Cycling power has no effect.
Could the slow scan time be causing this due to the complexity of the program?
Has anyone ever experienced or heard of this phenomena? I have been in discussion with my rep and Siemens tech and they have no clue.
can you explain 'beserk'? what actually happens?
You also mention the complexity of the program, how complex?
