I'm looking into a security system using Card Readers (HID cards) to act as the Security log in tool for our Motoman Robot Cells. (NX100 Robot controllers, ControlLogix PLC, HMI is PC running Iconics).

I have encountered a problem with a S7-300 (315-2DP) where the Output of the PLC "flutters" when I am monitoring the Network where the output is generated.
