I need a turn-key, off the shelf, Modbus slave simulation software that can load in a new user-supplied value after a register is read (or programmatically tell me when a register has been read, so I can load the next value to it).

I need a turn-key, off the shelf solution, which allows two Modbus masters to communicate with one Modbus slave without any firmware/software changes.
