IGV CONTROL MALFUNCTION

while the load was 34 MW on Fr6 GE gas turbine and the IGV was open 74DGA and the average exhaust temp.was 567C then we decreased the load to 30.6 MW and noticed that the exhaust average is increasing and IGV closing

a power of 110V is given by mistake to the -ve side besides its original floating -12VDC. how this can affect the TU and the sD/I modules?
