i'm not exactly sure about the intended application. what do you need this program to do ? are you looking for a way to get the optimum size for gas measurement or simply make sure the the plate is within the beta limits of the meter run size ?
if its the latter, just make sure that the oriface size is between 25 and 75 percent of the line id.

First of all "RO" stands for Restriction Orifice, one that is used to introduce a permanent pressure drop in a piping system.
Presumably, you are looking for a PC Sizing Program for a Flow Measuring Orifice.
Foe the latter case Programs are available e.g as per ISO 5167, ASME, etc. Some are even without cost
You may find one on the Internet or ask your Instrumentation equipment Vendors to give you one.
I purchased thr my company from instcalc.
It is not very good programme as other good programs are available. This program cannot save yr work. You hv to print.
