RS 485 Signal Conversion to 4 - 20 mA Signal

Dear All

I have NEXUS meters in my facility with RS485 ports available, I want to convert those signals to either 4 - 20mA signal or any Analog signal like 110V or 24V to reach DCS. Can anybody help me in identifying one.
