Concept 2.6 project / application copyright

I am developing a project for a customer. In order to keep my copyright I would like to prevent customer's access to the source code/PLC. Is there a way to distribute the code as an "exe" file or to prevent the ability to make changes to the code by using password?

Hello Izhak,

First I DO NOT agree with what you want to do.

With that said, in Concept protecting the source code is simple. Just do not give the customer a copy of the project and make sure that you are not storing a copy on the controller. Since Concept cannot upload the program from the controller, as long as a copy was not stored on the controller, you have the feature that you want.

Oh, and by the way, I hope that you have multiple good copies of the project stored in safe places. Because, if you don't this "feature" could come back and haunt you as well as the customer.
