I built an automation system using VB6, serial port communication with mscomm32.ocx and TWinCAT I/O. Unfortunately I should restart my program to working properly every 48 hours! If I don't restart it in this period the serial communication can't send recieve the bytes correctly (in 200 and 10400 baud rates). the target of this question is finding that the source of error relate to Windows XP SP2 settings or it is in my program.
