Verify Honeywell Web Site, but I believe that the TDC3000 doesn't talk with FSC through LCN or UCN. For it is necessary to have a Modbus module, or if you have a Experion System, a specific license.
If you have TPS sytem you connect your FSC with TPS by using FCS-SMM module. This module is used for communication with Honeywell TPS. You install this module in central part of FSC.
FSC can be connected with TDC3000 if you are having NIM module . it can be connected on UCN with FSC SMM module. Point can be configured in same way as in LM OR HPM provided you know the address of sm fsc
