ACS800 + ControlNet

Using a RCNA-01 comm module for communicating to several ABB ACS800 drives (non-redundant). The ACS800 drives hum along for a long time and then just stop (Error Code 7510 - COMM MODULE). ControlNet network has been completely checked, the scanner continues to operate (I/O and Rockwell drive on the same network continue to operate). Has anyone had this happen?

Timeout setting on drive is about 10 x scanner cycle time. Increasing this time has not helped. ABB no help.
 
If the ACS800 is displaying Error Code 7510 - COMM MODULE, the ControlNet fieldbus has stopped talking to the RCNA ControlNet option. I would try to reschedule all connections. The PLC will be to be in program mode to reschedule all connections.

Has anything been added or changed on the network?

If you scan the network what is the status of the ACS800 drive?

Is it one ACS800 having this problem or all ACS800?

How long has the network being working?
