Capacitor rating

I have 1 HP 1-phase motor. I want to know what is effect of capacitor rating on motor amperes, for example if we increase or decrease capacitance. Also if we change 110 UF, 275 V AC capacitor with 110 UF 400 V ac, what will happen? Either current decreases or not.

The motor itself draws the same amount of current, with ot without the capacitor.

The voltage rating of the capacity has no effect on current. It only refers to the limits of voltage that can be applied.

Probably, nothing will happen immediately. It will work fine and the cap is only used in starting anyway. As the cap deforms to the lower voltage over time, the capacitance may go up a bit, but that may take years at a few seconds per start. The effect on starting current will probably not be too significant even then.
