Infi90- IPSYS01 card fault/failure alarm on HMI

Recently we observed at our plant that IPSYS01 card in Module power system of PCU (Infi90) cabinet had failed and the redundant card was functioning in its place. However, since there was no provision for an alarm, we would not have known had someone not opened the cabinet.

What could be a way of getting an alarm regarding the malfunctioning of IPSYS01 on our HMI/operator console? Does anyone have any ideas?

There is a Status output on the Power Module Chassis which is to be wired to the NTCL Termination unit. This allows the HMI to indicate problems with the power system. I am not sure if this signal is activated on problems with individual supplies or just bus levels.

How to see in the HMI and where to see the same?

Indication on the HMI like "IPSYS01 fault" indication or an alarm. HMI would be in the control room, not where the DCS PCU is located.
