Dear Sir,
As we intending to carryout the proposals mentioned below, we would like to have your consulting and advice accordingly.
1 - Anti condensation heaters:
As you may know that, the area where we work is a dry and temperature is between 25-48 C° so we will isolate the heaters to keep the motors in 25 C° before running does this step will affect the motors anyhow?
2 - Painting of the winding:
By the using of thermal camera we will check all motors to recognize the most heated areas inside the motors and paint them with the desirable materials.
What kind of preventive maintenance that we could do if we found out some heated areas (stress points) inside the motors?
3 - Cooling system:
To keep the motors running at a good temperature approximately (45 C° --60 C°) we will install another radiator with separate fan on the top of the motor, this will provide more cooling water that goes to the main radiator inside the motors.
