B&R PVIOPC server crashes

Hi all,

We have a Citect as SCADA server and it gets data through PVI OPC server (Ver.2.3) from 6 x B&R PLCs (system 2005) via ethernet (IF681 module). No. of tags is 4300.

OPC server is suddenly disconnected from one or more even if all PLCs and it takes random time for connecting again.sometimes restart PVI manager or reset PLC can change communication status of OPC server to good.

Any help is highly appreciated.
