How to add MA output signal to Mark 5 panel?

The procedures for adding Contact Input, Contact Output and Analog Input are well documented in the Mark 5 Application Manual, Chapter 8 (I/O Applications). However, no such procedure exists for adding Milliamps Output.

I appreciate any input concerning the procedure for adding MA Output to Mark 5 panel.
