MB+ fiber optic repeaters

We have an MB+ network spread out over several buildings. There are three fiber optic repeaters (MB+ 490NRP25400) in the network. Two of them work fine and one does not. Each has repeater has a small MB+ network connected to it. We had an electrical storm that took out the last repeater on the network and its two associated MB+ nodes. We ordered a new replacement repeater but we can't seem to get the last nodes to communicate with the repeater (remainder of the network) now. We have tried just about everything but still no luck.

Check the fiber optic, it might also be damaged.

You should get the models 2082 from S.I. Tech, Inc. I just replace a couple from another manufacturer and the Sitech ones are working great since 6 months ago. I even also have another big thunderstorm and no problems at all.

As the previous poster said, check out the fibers. Is it possible you have them switched? If you don't have a fiber tester, a crude method is just put a flashlight at one end, look for light at the other.
