hello all,
I need an informations help me in my graduate project i have used wincc v6 to connect s7-200 plc to make scada control and monitoring, the question that can i use this program in my project if yes could you tell me how to connect the plc to the wincc. if not i hope you to suggest another program to use.
note, I have no more 3 months.

Dear Friend,

You cannot communicate from S7-200 to WinCC using MPI. This can only be done via OPC. This is a little tricky.

If you want to keep things simple go for WinCC Flexible. As S7-200 works on PPI interface instead of the MPI iterface and WinCC doesnot understand PPI. But WinCC Flexible does.
