Hello,
I am checking some vendor quotations in my current project. In this project we have specified all the flanges standard according to ANSI. While I have heard that flanges with DIN standard with the same size and rating doesn't comply with the ANSI ones. For example their shapes are not the same, exactly.
So, in checking the quotations how can I understand that the flanges are according to DIN or ANSI?
I have heard that if there is for example 3", 300#, RF, then it is according to ANSI. If there is for example DN50, PN100, RF then it is according to DIN. Is it correct?
Your kind reply is highly appreciated.
