Data Acquistion for weith in motion system

Hi,

I want to build a weigh in motion system. Can someone direct me to where i can buy the data acquision board to interface with piezo sensors. And where can i find an algorithm that converts voltage to weigh for a WIM system.

I am in charge of traffic management in Jamaica and wants to implement a pavement management system to determine the periodic road maintenance schedule base of pavement loading. The WIM will be use to collect traffic data such as axle loads and speed.
