Model interaction of two VCM actuators placed in the same base from frequency response,from the measured bode plot,the phase drops very fast during 1kHz and 10kHz, so it is difficult to match it.Time delay has been considered, but still can not solve it. Thanks a lot for anyone who can give me some advice.
