I am having problems connecting CitectSCADA to an OPC server. Citect reports that the server is offline.

I have followed a couple of tutorials on the web for setting OPC up and believe that I have the I/O device form etc. correctly filled in. Does anyone have any tips for getting this going? I am using a demo (version 5.50). Do I need to register the server somehow with Citect? I have tested the server with other clients and it works fine.

You may have to setup some OPC info in the citect.ini, if you go to the citect knowlegebase, there may be some info to show you how to set it up.
