Hi

i have never work with PLC before i'm looking for Books or sample Program in vb6 or any information. i have 2 PLC with the Above Processor with 5 Output Module and 4 input module.

i don't have anything or manuals about that PLC and i can't find any info that can give me an idea. i have turn to the master engineers here to get suggestion or site that i can get some info about it. i have a book but it only shows me samples of other type of plc.

Where should i start in order to get an idea? Any comments or suggestion will be well appreciated.

You are going to need an OPCserver between your VB and the PLC. This can be RSLINX from Rockwell or Kepware.

hey Thanks for the reply.

I found some OPC ActiveX i will try that but one
thing that i forgot to ask is the MAIN THING the
cable to connect to the PLC. is that a special
cable or can i make it. where can i find the pin
configuration to connect the pc to the PLC and to link PLC with another PLC.
