Need pinout for a cable

Hoping perhaps some of the AB guys here could help me out. I have a 1300-ITSSC ser. b adapter box used for connecting to a DHT port on a 1395 drive. I do NOT have the cable to go from the box to the PC serial port. Could someone let me know what the pinout is for the cable, so that I could make one?

I know it's 6-pin RJ11 (RJ13 ?) on one end and DB9 or DB25 for the serial port on the other. I just need to know which pin to which.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

History is curious stuff
You'd think by now we had enough
Yet the fact remains I fear
They make more of it every year.
