Now I am using medium voltage soft starter from Benshaw (MV 7200V 168A (including MVRSM18-7.2KV-168A). I am looking for any alternative products. Any one know anything about it? Please give me some advices. I appreciate it.

Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) make a great MV soft starter product too.

I just found out the OEM has gone out of the business of soft starters...

Try Motortronics MVC Series. http://www.motortronics.com
That one is brand labeled by most of the other major motor control manufacturers as well, i.e. GE, Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Toshiba, etc.
