I need to have the manuals of Siemens Protection relay's 7S Series. Can any one help me please?

If you have internet web access, you can certainliy try http://www.siemens.com and try searching for your item of interest.

I found the protection relays on the siemens site almost immediately, and I don't use them.

Maybe you could try searching for it yourself?
