SAT250 was a product of the Austrian company SAT Automation. This company is now partly owned by Siemens and partly owned by Andritz.

For support for SAT250 (which is now 250 SCALA) you should go to http://www.andritz.com

 

SAT 250 is Unix x86/Sun platform, SAT 250 SCALA is Windows platform. Which version you are using?
