We have one compressor of GA30 (Atlascopco). In which when we start that compressor during starting one message is come. Message is "Wrong Phase Seq". Please advice me how to solve that problem.

I think operational panel is faulty. Becasue in that compressor not any contactor ON.

Interchange the phases at the supply panel.

The problem in your compressor is of the main 3 phase supply. You have to make a few attempts by changing phase sequence at main input to compressor and the problem shall be solved.

The problem is not neccesarily phases if this compressor has been running without power or motor changes recently. If your coupling is damaged you would get the same message. The regulator cannot see phases. What it does is watch for an increase in outlet temperature. If it's not there it assumes wrong phase but a broken coupling and even missing a phase can cause this.
