Monarch Datachart 2000 + Yokogawa DX220

Does anyone know a simple SCADA system for communicating with Monarch Datachart 2000 and Yokogawa DX220 recorers ? Both recorders have Ethernet communication port but i cannot identify the protocol.

Does anyone of you have an idea on that ?
