485 tests with SBCs

Hi,

We are testing a point to point 485 link between 2 Advantech PCM 5823 SBC boards by using the 5 pin serial cable provided by manufacturer in this case.

Transmission has been tested correctly but any character is read by the "slave PCM".

The manufacturer cable is for 485 2-wire mode, and no common ground is used.

Can someone help us with this issue?
