I am looking for encoder testers for ease of use and function. Does anybody have one they like at a reasonable price?
Check out http://www.pca-aus.com.au/products/function/et_inst.asp
Not sure of the price although one of our clients has one.
Cheers,
Trevor

I have seen the small hand held model but not something for bench testing.
What type of encoder? Multiple encoder types? Resolvers, too?
What maximum pulse frequency?
What types of tests?
What is a reasonable price?
Mitchell Electronics makes stuff like this

PCA also makes a tester
