I am looking for encoder testers for ease of use and function. Does anybody have one they like at a reasonable price?

I have seen the small hand held model but not something for bench testing.

What type of encoder? Multiple encoder types? Resolvers, too?
What maximum pulse frequency?
What types of tests?
What is a reasonable price?
