Instrument failure modes
Hi,
I am trying to find some further reading, Web links that can give me guidance on instrument failure options, for example for an ultrasonic level transducer, fail high or fail low. What does fail "out of range" mean and when would you use it.
Hope you get the picture, and any guidance would be appreciated.
