communication detween vfd's & plc

we face problem in related to communication detween vfd's& plc. Inthis case we have 6 motor for each motor one vfd is there.they are parallely communicated to plc . All motor controls is done from HMI(E-300 series). Both vfd s & plc are mistubishi make. please explain clearly. my main problem is any one or Two of the motor will get problem at a time,not all at a time.
