Can anyone tell me how configure Twido's PLC serial port 1 to be Modbus master?

You use %EXCH1 and setup a control , TX, RX table in your ladder. The control table defines the type of Modbus request. Look at the Twido programming manual!

If using Twidosuite you also need to generate a connection in the description TAB.
