Active power transducer required

Dear all,

For one of our applications, we need active power transducer for 3 phase balanced load. (Pt is 110vac and ct is 5amp). Accuracy required is 0.5% or better and response time less than 50ms. It should be able to maintain accuracy from 0.8 lag to unity to 0.8 lead power factor. Load to be measured is 0-300MW.

Please tell me the make/model of such available transducers.
