I spoke with one of our RS3 folks. There is limited information on the http://www.RS3.com web site. You can also contact the local Emerson business partner or sales office in your area (http://www.emersonprocess.com/systems/reach/) to:
1) Purchase the 6220UM paper manual set.
2) Purchase 6220DV DOCVUE on CD media.
3) Enroll in RS3 Foundation / Expert Technical Support for the system and view all the DOCVUE documentation and knowledge base articles on line at: http://www.emersonprocess.com/Systems/support/
