Internet access to Magelis XBTGT HMI

The Magelis XBTGT terminals provide for internet access but I need some tips on how to configure them to do this. The HMI has Fixed IP, DHCP, or DNS capabilities. I think that the key is in the router but the ISP (Cable TV company) may be blocking my access.

Have you been successful with a similar application?
