PLC apprentice

Hi everyone.

I am trying to fix an old RTD Westinghouse card, and I couldn't find any information about it. I am hoping that somebody in this forum can help me. The exact part number is 7379A62G02 4QRT. If you have any information (schematics, manual, anything) about it, please let me know.
