mark V control system
Continuous process industries, DCS questions. topic
Posted by spkam on 27 October, 2007 - 11:59 am
The MARK V contol system computers for our 25 MW GTG'S, some times reboots during heavy lightning strikes causing unplanned machine shutdowns. Can anybody explain what may be the probable causes and how to overcome this problem? We had put in lot of efforts to overcome this problem by segrigating the earthing system by providing indipendent earthing , revamp of earthpits etc etc but in vain.
