Does the unit synchronize and then the auto-sych lockout is annunciated, or is it not possible to auto-synch the unit and it must then be synched manually?
How has this problem existed? What happened just before this problem started? Was there a maintenance outage or some kind of sequencing or Control Constant modification made?

Yes, the alarm appears after the unit is sychronized. There is no problem for synchronization, only alarm persists after sync. This problem started after Excitation system revamping work.
Thanks.
Thanks.
You should most likely consult with the company who performed the excitation revamp to discuss what changes were made which have this effect on the operation of the unit.
I've seen this problem before when breaker closure does not automatically cancel the AutoSynch command. Do you have to manually de-select AutoSynch after breaker closure?
Can you clear the alarm after AutoSynch is de-selected after breaker closure with a Master Reset?
