Gas Burner Sequence Controllers
Continuous process industries, DCS questions. topic
Posted by Eng. Yazan on 9 November, 2007 - 10:51 pm
in our plant we have two water bath heaters to heat the gas line. Using the following components:
1. Flame scanner D-LX100 by DURAG.
2. Burner by a.b.s.
3. Electronic digital actuator sm-1000 by JORDAN CONTROLS.
4. Flame sequencer LGK 16.333A27 by LADIS & GYR (Siemens).

When I start the heater it goes trip during burging time and Air to burner low DP alarm appears. After I made a reset for this alarm the flame lake alarm appears directly, then after I made a reset for this alarm the sequencer continued its work but the heater trip again because of Air to burner low DP and so on.
