need book about gas turbine control system frame 9 and MARK-V and any attached system such as filtering crude system, air drier system. Can anyone recommend one?

Umm, have you looked in the instruction manuals provided with the turbine-generator by the packager (Alsthom, GE, John Brown, etc.)?

There really aren't any books about GE-design heavy duty gas turbines and their control systems (hmmmm...). There are some companies, as well as and in addition to GE, which provide training on turbines, generators, and auxiliaries and they provide manuals and/or CDs for training. But, this isn't inexpensive.

In the meantime, if you have specific questions about systems you can ask them here.
