EepromDear All,
Please help in solving a strange problem here occured after the new sets of eeproms were installed to upgrade MKV Speedtronic.
Only C core reached to A6 state, other cores don't even show up any state on the SLCC display panel on first power up after eeproms replaced on cards. LCD display for all 3 cores are blank without any display.

Before <C> can go to A7, one of <R>, <S>, or <T> must go to A7.
If the LCC/SLCC Displays of <R>, <S>, or <T> don't show *anything* one has to wonder if the PROMs are installed in the proper way (proper orientation; proper sockets), and/or if some cable(s) weren't
installed properly (power cables?), etc. The 3PL cable is a very important cable.

Thanks CSA
Earlier and first reaction to me was if I missed some steps or cables not in proper sockets or eeprom set supplied for SLCC card were bad.All the wiring cables were checked 3-4 times before I made the decission to put back the old eeproms and revert all the changes made including the IO_cfg values.Installed a new eeprom set available,re-programmed, downloaded values.. and then I was able to achieve the A7 state on all processors on first power-up.

I would have to say that you have a bad set of SLCC PROMs from the information you've provided.
