Dear sirs,

I have a few questions, if you don't mind.

1. What is the maximum possible distance limit vailable for fiber optic cable without repeaters?

Is this really depends on network switches (Cu/Fo converters) you use?

2. You often hear that FOC has very high bandwidth. But what is the actual bandwidth available for FOC cable? Is it in Mbps or Gbps? or sometime 400MHz in one article. Does this bandwidth depend on distance or any other criteria?
