I post a Siemens machine issue. As a peaking machine, the exhaust temperature spread (higher - average =>100 C) keeps on appearing daily. This will cause the machine to trip if 2 thermocouples captured/show high/low readings.

I would like to understand the Siemens/Alsthom combustion product flow vs. load. The combustion may help us to troubleshoot & solve the problems.

Action done:

a) Gas valves (premix/diffuser/pilot)- tested, not passing: as well as the fuel oil 3 way valves
b) The integrity of exhaust thermocouple, swapping & replacing.
c) Swirler - was refurbished at every 33K EOH.

which type of siemens machine you have?
