Accessing Emerson

I duly registered for Emerson's on-line Plantweb Engineering school and have attempted to access the Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) material at:

http://plantweb.emersonprocess.com/university/engSch_SIS_XML.asp

But all of the SIS links seem to go back to the original page or 'dead-end'.

I allow pop-ups for this site in the browser.

Has anyone been successful at accessing this material?

Is there a trick to accessing this material or some other additional requirement to access this material?
