Hi,
Check out Automated Solutions website -http://www.automatedsolutions.com - for Modbus ActiveX Controls, OPC Servers, and .NET Components.

A Win32 library is also available for use in non-GUI environments.

Free, fully-functioning, 30-day trial versions are available for download.
