I am looking for a 4 to 6 button membrane keypad, that has LED indicators on each button. Basically, this will be used for digital inputs (buttons) to and outputs (LEDs) from a controller.

The keypad will need to be able to be programmed to read/write from/to specific parameters in the controller. And the keypad needs to be the serial master (Modbus RTU or RS-485 etc.).

Does anybody know of anything out there? Oh yeah, and it needs to be dirt cheap.

Since nobody suggested anything to me, I kept looking and found the OP-406 from Automation Direct.

If anybody finds or knows of anything else feel free to post it, as I'm still not settled yet... or if you know more info OP-406... good bad or ugly... go ahead and post.
