I have to create a Distributed system Architecture betwwen five workstations. I have have one development license and four runtime licenses. All the workstations are communicating to five different PLCs (Allen Bradly ControlLogix PLCs).

As I understand from your query, I think you need to put your wonderware application in a NAD architecture. Configure NAD for all the runtime stations to get the main application which is running in the development station.
